CONFIRMATION ORDER

The processing times of the orders vary according to the type of request and the article desired, can go from 3 to 7 days. To see the actual availability or contact us without timing problems.
In the case where the required product Quantity exceeds the availability of our stock will be immediately informed so that you can choose to accept the time required for sending, preferring other products or withdraw from the purchase.
All your orders are always available online, on them in addition to the progress you will find the shipping references.
All prices include taxes.

 

METHOD OF PAYMENT

The methods of payment accepted are:

· Online Payment by CREDIT CARD managed by Banca Sella in protected mode (transaction managed SSL 128bit encryption, the GestPay of Banca Sella
· Payment in CASH at our Novalesa store, you can come and pick up your order directly to our shop, paying as you wish, in cash, by POS.
· Pre-Payment with bank transfer the bank details for the transfer are as follows:

The purpose of the bank transfer must contain: the number and the date of the order, the name and surname of the order.

 

SHIPPING COST

The contribution to shipping costs that we ask our customers, for the whole Italy (including the islands) is € 6.95, except for promotions in place, (maximum weight 30 kg. and standard sizes. Extra standard shipments and shipments abroad, will be contacted).

Delivery is normally by courier to our confidence or Paccocelere the Italian Post Office, our standard involves the use of courier three days, if you wish you can, at an additional cost, use a courier service 24 hours.

For shipments abroad you can ask for a quote, you will be notified shipping costs.
Normally our shipments allow online tracking, in order to
know exactly where the goods from the day the shipment until the time of delivery.
We will notify the courier of the name used, and traceability code, which will be indicated for each of your order.

 

COMPLAINTS FOR DAMAGED GOODS 

 

We guarantee safe and packs packaging in perfect shape. Should damage occur during transport, we ask the customer to dispute what happened to the courier upon delivery making countersign, notify us within three days, to retain the damaged goods complete packaging and transport documents to allow the Courier control staff to inspect the damage. (In some cases, when specifically requested by the Courier, a complaint is required from the competent authority). If you can not check the goods upon delivery, however, indicate on the receipt the words "I accept with reservation."

 

 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

 

The right of withdrawal provided for by the Italian Legislative Decree no. 185/99 relating to distance purchases, you can exercise it within 10 working days from receipt of product. Any refunds will be made within 10 days then. from receipt of goods, with notice by e-mail; items must be undamaged, in their original packaging, with appropriate packaging and shipped free of all spending. In case of withdrawal we will within 30 working days of receipt of returned goods to be credited to the customer the amount paid, excluding shipping costs (art. 5, paragraph 7, of Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22/05 / 1999).
